1 The appellant, Jerry Lewis Fowler, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged with the offense of Murder in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Case No. CRF-71-1394. The trial was transferred upon a change of venue to Garvin County where defendant was tried before a jury and convicted. Defendants punishment was fixed at life imprisonment and from said judgment and sentence, a timely appeal has been perfected to this Court.
